Skill tree issues, Respec and weapon allocation bug

They’re some sort of bug that has completely broke my character. i did a respec and used my weapon allocations to set up my build. Now I can no longer specify which point to allocate it says I have two passive left for each weapons that I can’t use and my main passive point lines are completely bugged and I can place like 10 that I don’t own and don’t actually effect my character they even illuminate the section of the tree like I own them to show it active but the give away is there’s no actual colored line connecting them the point itself is gold like I’ve picked it up but the tree doesn’t connect. I tried to refund all my passives to start over but went broke just clearing the “Ghost nodes” that weren’t giving me any buffs anyway. I think this is undoubtedly connected to the refund process, so word for the wise never ever place new skill points during a refund. If you’re on console refund what you wanna change go to a new instance and pause the game while you respec so you don’t get stuck selling gear for gold like me just get your build right.
