Support MIA - Store Purchase Return Request
One week ago I purchased a support package on the pathofexile.com website and the wrong sub account got the package but not the account I have characters on. At this point a week later with no reply what-so-ever in reply to my email I just want my money back.
I understand that it is a long holiday, but the rampant inadequacies of the account and store services on top of account merging problems where characters end up on the wrong sub account speaks volumes to Grinding Gears inability to provide service for the level of attention PoE2 has received. I purchased a supporter package. I am being ignored in my attempts to get support for my purchases in return. My purchase is being taken for granted. Is there an established method for requesting returns on purchases, or am I meant to contact my bank and report the payment as fraudulent? Last bumped on Dec 31, 2024, 12:38:04 AM

GGG is in Australia and unlike the US actually gets/takes holiday vacation where they completely disconnect. They went on Christmas vacation and will be back in the new year (I'd assume next Monday).
They should get to it when they come back. |
