[POE2] As a player I would like an option to choose between the console UI and the pc oriented UI

The console UI has several benefits over the pc classic one:

- Condensed and precise information
- Buffs/debuffs and essential life/mana/es/spirit/rage information all in one place to see at a glance
- Amount of flask uses is numerically highlighted
- Position can be set to left/mid/right (great versatility)
- More suited for widescreen and bigger monitor landscapes
- Size can be more condensed which means more of the visuals of the game are clear to the player's perception

Right now I am playing mainly on PC but the advanced console UI makes the game much more enjoyable (minus the inventory management being locked behind the pad)
