Let us enable HDR if HDR was disabled at game launch

I have HDR in desktop mode disabled. It is just bright and does not add anything. Also I have calibrated my monitor to 300 nits SDR.
In HDR I use Peak 1000 factory calibrated.

I enable/disable HDR with Win+ALT+B.

Unfortionately it is not possible to enable HDR in ingame settings if HDR was disabled during the start of the game.
Let us enable HDR if HDR was disabled at game launch.

Other games like Doom Eternal shows me, that it is possible to enable HDR with ingame setting even without enableing beforehand (Win+Alt+B).
