Bugged atlas area with closed unique poe inside

Hi!
I experienced with generated atlas area with wrong texture.
Look at screenshot (https://postimg.cc/VSKs1Hwc).
Unique poe is in closed area, so i cannot kill him, and i can't finish atlas area :D
I guess something wrong with area generating algorithm.
