Hard Stuck in game.!!

Thankfully I am not playing this full time or I would be out of options. New-ish player of POE. I am a level 23 witch. I currently am using gear that is only level 6 - 16 due to that lack of drops, as of right now only a handful of white items drop so I am sure that my build / DPS is seriously lacking, which leads me into being "Hard Stuck" in game it is a complete impossibility for me to move forward in any quest line or Trials which seem to be a complete joke.

Good luck fixing these issues, and hopefully soon this will be a game killer if not rectified ASAP.
