Microtransaction Error

Dear GGG support team,

Good afternoon, I hope everything is going well with you.

I have faced an issue, and maybe I can consider it as big issue for me.

I wanted to purchase an item from the store, which it is the nightfall armor set for 420 points. I tried to purchase it and while it was processing to complete the action a message appeared to me that the process has failed and the process is not completed. Later after 2 or 3 minutes I tried to purchase the item again, the system automatically counted as buying 2 of the same item which caused me to pay another 420 points.

please can you solve the problem for me as soon as possible please, if there a way to make a refund for one set or something else I must do. please inform me.

I have sent this message to the support account since Dec 16, but no one responded to me, I just realized that there is a Bug Report section and sent this message again.
