Supporter pack upgrade - payment issue
Dear customer support,
I have successfully bought the access key days ago through xsolla. I am using the poe2 website directly (no third party platform like steam...). My email address is setup in the account and valid. I am unable to upgrade to Ogham supporter pack. I tried several times purchasing it during the week-end without luck : I get the following error after validatin the credit card : "Oh no, it looks like there was a temporary error. Went to xsolla support.
After vouching the initial transaction in their chat, they were able to transform the error "temporary error" into the error code 2001. They then suggest contacting my bank because it was probably restriction on their side. Fall back with paypal method but got the transaction got rolled back due to potential suspicious payment from my bank. |

Finally found one guy from xsolla support team that solved the issue.

I opened a support chat with xsolla. They said it was an account security issue and they issue a small payment to my card, which I then need to quote back to "Unblock" the card. However I have not seen the payment on my card yet to be able to finalis the unblock.
Same was occuring on PayPal where they wanted me to reauthorise the card in the same wy. Guess I have to wait for the transactions to appear on my card, which Paypal indicated could be up to 48 hours. |
