Bug!!always Offline, Friend list ,Guild bug!!

It is happening on all poe1 & 2 players, who are merged their xbox account and pc account to an subaccount

It is shown that im always offline, all my friend can't see me online and cannot party or trade me,and i have no right to change my guild. when i re-login, im back online about 2 or 3 minutes then offline status continue. Or if im going into a atlas map and out and level up, i can back online again.

It is only on xbox and really annoying! just like im playing an ssf now! no one can see me online even trade....

Please do fix it and send me back online, if the problem continue with sub-account,Just merge these 2 accounts to 1 account not sub. Dont show me 2 subaccount ! twitch drop sent to the wrong account,everything went wrong,and it is really unfair to an support player for several years.
