POE 2 Enemies not spawning/loading immediately when entering new areas

I was wondering if anyone else is having the problem of enemies not spawning/loading immediately when entering or loading new areas?

This happens when I enter new maps or when I go into new areas. I start moving and I do not see the mobs but I get damaged by them and then they only appear a few seconds later. I can solve this a bit by just waiting about 20s after entering a new area which seems to help with the issue. My problem comes in with the delirium and breach events. Even though all the mobs in the map are "loaded", the moment I activate the breach or delirium portals the new mobs are invisible to me so I die almost immediately.

The game runs fine otherwise and I have no other latency or lag issues. I've even tried to turn all the graphics settings to the lowest possible to see if it helps at all, but to no avail. The gmae is also not alggy and I have no latency spikes during the "invisible mob" instances.

Has anyone else experienced this and perhaps found a fix for it? Thanks.

Yeah, same here. Also FPS could be so much better, game kinda looks not bad but not THAT good xD Optimization for me so far really bad.
Same here lost a hard core char to this first time I entered delirium. Have not played since. Doubt it will ever get fixed.
+1, just died to this too.
+1, I too almost died to a Breach enemy whose model and projectiles did not render. Performance wasn't dropping more than the usual during a hectic event, it's just that I really could not deal with both an invisible enemy and its projectiles.
+1 to this, breach unplayable as stuff spawns invisibly, i lag and then just dead

I have experienced minimal performance issues playing this game with a tad less than ideal CPU--apart from low fps(~30-40 fps on a 2070 super) likely due to hardware issues I'm sure. I can not play expeditions, breach, or rituals without just immediately dying due to getting swarmed by invisible monsters from these mechanics.

I have the same issue, however I noticed that pausing the game and after waiting for shaders to load, it helps. A little bit tricky, but manageable.

I tracked the shaders with F1.

Yup just started experiencing this today. They did a small patch yesterday and now my load times have tripled for first time load in into zones and then the mobs aren't rendered. Hope there is some sort of fix for this.
