Changes for Charge Infusion
I feel like Charge Infusion is a great skill, I like the idea of using spirit to bring back charge effects, however, there are a few strange aspects of it that i personally think could be tweaked. For one, the scaling time for charge consumption goes from 3 seconds to 4.9 seconds (5.7 seconds if you have 20% quality). This is a weird decision because all the nodes on the passive tree that affect charge consumption are strictly on a 4 second timer because of "recently" tag. It would be nice if this was just a flat 4 second timer so you could permanently have those effects from the tree without having to lower the level of the gem, because this decreases the effect of the skill.
A second point is that there is no scaling on charge amounts to the skill. For instance having 3 frenzy charge limit is no different than having 7 charges. This is a little iffy I guess because it does consume charges on a timer for its effect, but it could be an idea that the buff scales with your max charge limit, especially because there isn't a lot of reasons to stack frenzy charges, and barely any reason at all to stack endurance charges. Which brings me to my final point which isn't really about the skill charge infusion as much as it is about charge generation. I'm sure with new weapons and skills we will get more ways to generate different charge so maybe that will get covered a bit more later. However, ENDURANCE charges specifically are ridiculous scarce in generation methods. I can only think of like 3 ways, perfect blocking with Magma Barrier, heavy stunning rares and uniques with a notable, and 20% chance on armor break. With armor break basically being the only method that is realistic for any weapon other than someone using magma barrier, and 20% feels slightly too low. Sometimes i will break the armor on an entire pack of enemies and not get a charge. despite mathematical odds saying I for sure would get one. Edit: Another change could be instead to just change the nodes on passive tree from consumed recently to like, consumed within the past 6 seconds or 8 seconds like some of the crit nodes.
