tooltip bug or account issue?

i have this weird thing happening where i dont know what is going on, i am currently following this spark guide. this guide would give me 69k dps with spark with the right gear and passive, all shown in a video, so i now have the exact same gear and passive, but am only on 27k dps with spark, i cant seem to figure this one out, either im going insane or something is wrong
