Huge Passive Refund Bug

Was doing light respec-ing with the hooded one, figured out the right paths in the tree for my build, cost around 2k Gold, accepted and showed it changed, but my stats didn't change. Went back to the hooded one and saw my entire tree back to how it started but all my gold gone. Restarted the game and tried again with another 2k, same issue; gold gone, passives not changed. So in total circa 4k Gold disappeared and passives not changed.
