Traitor's passage quest bug

Possible bug trigger process:
1. reach the second Act 2. kill the traitor and receive her coin
2. go to the first Act 2, used the coin to begin a trail
3. die in a hourglass trail and notice the game is stuck
4. force quit the game
5. launch the game again and notice the trail coin is disappeared.
6. go back to the second Act 2, verify the two new quests:
- search for the traitor's passage
- ascend to power
7. go through the entire traitor's passage again and verify the quest is still there.

Now I have no way to finish the two tasks and my train coin is gone.

I finished this quest in act2 cruel but my game still claims it is open.

Also, i lost the Inscribed Ultimatum that gives 4 Ascendancy points in this very same way that happened with you.

I have similar problem. I cant finish the quest no matter how many times I kill the Djin

I have simmilar problem. I killed the boss and died at the same time. No reward and no possibility to finish the quest now.
