Glitch in trial of Sekhemas

I died due to loss of honor during the test of strength at the end of the trial of sekhemas. But i was not able to respawn anywhere or exit the trial or boss room. After my death my summoned minions kept respawning and killing the boss. I could only get the exit menu button to do anything from there.
