Having to quit out of the game is going to make me quit the game
I get trials are supposed to be hard, but having to dashboard and close out of the game completely on console is tedious. I love the game, I don't like how tedious the mechanics are. If you're going to bring down Diablo you're gonna have to tone down the "elitism". Idk about anyone else but I don't enjoy having to quit completely out of the game because I failed at the game, that's another reason for me to stop entirely. It's tedious and boring. Trials are a clout mechanic and not needed. Listen to me or don't listen to me, people don't want to play something that makes them have to quit the game completely constantly if they can't beat a fight

I was thinking the same thing. If they keep this elitism going all the new people and all those new steamers will drop this game.
As of right now when the New season of D4 comes out I'm hard stopping PoE 2 and going to back to D4. I don't have the energy to keep playing this game with the bad drop rates. 150 hours and have yet to get my 4th set of points or seen a single Jewel orbs for the 4th and 5th. |

" Same but I will play poe1. This game has nothing to offer me. Truly sad. |

There have been many hard games I have played.
There have been so hard bosses that I had to practice for days learning to dodge all the spells. However, in past 20 years, I have never seen a single 'hard' boss was made hard because the players have to spend hours for practising one single time. Is the boss hard? maybe not. Not allowing players to practice it freely would make anything 'hard'. I can imagine the game designers/developers have practiced the bosses in debug mode many times and they won't think it is hard at all. For whom doesn't have a debug mode, good luck. That's probably the worst gaming mechanism ever, by making players spend 20x time to defeat a maybe not-so-hard boss, just because players have to spend hours for each practising chance. It is not about the boss being hard, it is just the game is designed nasty. |
