Unlink PSN Account

Hi I already sent an email without any response I want to unlink this account from my pin account [Removed by Support] but am enable to do it. can you please help me asap?

Account issues are only handled via email, and they’re currently significantly behind as a result of both the recent Early Access release of Path of Exile 2 & Christmas.
