Not receiving credit towards challenge

I'm currently working on the challenge "Unbelievable Undertakings", more specifically the completion of Abyssal Depths 5 times. I was sitting at 1/5 clears before I actively began working toward the challenge, so got one sometime in the past. However, In the last 2 days I've cleared it 2 more times, but it still says 1/5 clears.

By the way, it says the area level has to be at least 81 and I've cleared it twice on T15 maps (lvl82)
