Has anyone had success getting a refund on an early access supporter pack?

Hey,

So the situation is i bought the EA supporter pack prior to the game launching and a week later i was given EA for free for being a lifetime supporter of POE.

The supporter pack key shows inactive on my account meaning it hasn't been used as well as the points given with the pack are still untouched.

Mainly asking this as my first request for a refund was denied as the purchase was a week old when i had been sent the lifetime supporter key, i was wondering if i may have just got an automated reply from support.

Any insight would be good, thanks.

i'm sure i've seen posts over the last week saying as much, the problem you'll be having is that there is a bloody massive queue of people looking for support and it takes time to go through it.
