Item duplicated?

Some guy is selling exactly the same ring as I'm wearing... possible coincidence or is there a way to duplicate / dupe items?

On one of my characters I have purchased from the vendor a pair of boots. I checked the vendor a bit later and the same pair of boots was there - again.

Perhaps it was an item from the vendor, bought twice(Potentially a bug?)? Can you tell where that item originated from?

I traded mine, a few days ago (then still for some 50 ex :p)

As you can see this guy didn't feel like answering where he got his from :p

It's more likely that it came from a vendor (such as in my case, hopefully lol) than a true duping method open for exploit on demand. I don't know if anyone has reported it but I'll check when I'm back and if not I'll make a post regarding the vendor issue that I experienced.

plenty of threads showing duplicate rares from vendors.

hell, i have 2 of the same shield in my stash, both purchased from vendors.


it sounds like they have to 'seed' vendors with specific good rares, because their rng item generation cant handle making something decent.

this is actually pretty bad, like in a very very bad way

Same feeling I got from gem drops seeming to be trigger from certain combination of level and campaign events. Maybe this is not actually an ARPG but a simulation of an ARPG.

the gems were suppose to work like that, at least for now- devs stated this already. but literal scripting your gear progression is a whole new level of mobile game quality. you can also abuse the shit out of it, feel bad for trade league, especially if you can find more than 2 identical items (meaning these are globally set and can be farmed)
