Skipped campaign bug

So I have finished on my main ranger and was close to finishing the campaign on my monk.

I traded with someone for better gloves and went to travel back to the act 3 hub when I went back through the portal gate it sent me back again to the start of the game.
Now I cant access Aggorat or any of the other areas after but I can start endgame even though I don't have the endgame tab after act 3

TLDR
i softlock myself from the end of the campaign but can skip to endgame early and sorta underleveled.
