Actually keep me logged in when I check "remember me" everywhere possible

Seriously, this is getting stupid. I have "remember me" checked everywhere possible and still have to log in daily/nearly daily.

This is new, probably something to do with your account merging if I had to guess but it's stupidly frustrating at this point. If I even want to price check something, I have to go and log in which requires getting my phone for Steam Guard (which has "remember me on this device checked")

The "remember me" button just remembers your sign in and password, and allows it to autofill that information for you. That's it.

It's not a "keep me signed in" button.

The whole location thing is crap though, I agree. But better to be safe and deal with a few extra seconds. Most people don't play in multiple locations. They have a stationary desktop. I play in two locations regularly, so I'm doing this on an almost daily basis. It sucks, but I'm happy for the security.

I would consider "remember me" as "keep me signed in" as that's how it works on the majority of sites. And if it worked as you described, that would be acceptable. But it doesn't even do that.

And all of this is on the same desktop in the same physical location connected to the same router.

I'm glad you're happy to sign in multiple times, I'm not.
