witch is unplayable for me

re-specced some early points from str/dex into int and got a pug where the "cha-ching" audio would play over and over again while also dropping my frames from 100+ to eventually 1 fps with 4000+ ms cpu.

does not happen on my other characters and have tried everything from updating drivers, restarting pc, uninstalling and reinstalling the game and nothing has fixed it.

Now whenever I use a skill point, switch weapons or play the game for more than a minute on the character, my game essentially freezes where I need to open task manager to close the game if I try to play through the frames dropping and audio bug.

I have no idea if it will help but i would try to deleted the files at:
C:\Users\***\AppData\Roaming\Path of Exile 2
