Report a player that robbed guild stash

Hi
I am just looking for information regarding how to report a player that joined my guild and robbed my guild stash. I know it was this specific person because he's the only person i've added to the guild in several days and directly after asking for perms to the guild stash, he took everything and left the guild. He also blocked me on discord and he has been banned from the POE and TFT discord already.
