Help and Information - got POE2 on the website but problems with steam - Forum

I had purchased the lord of ogham support pack, i used the key to get the game on steam, i have received the coins- 600 but not the skins of the pets, nor does it show on my steam page that I own the dlc. Please help me understand what I can do for this. even in microtransaction store- nothing to redeem and it shows me that i can buy the dlc again.
