Void Emperor Harbinger Portal effect does not show up in cosmetics tab [POE2]

I am aware that many skins are not working for POE yet, but after purchasing a few of them, I noticed that i can still see them in the cosmetics tab, they will just show that they are not available yet.

I figured that since most skins will be made available for poe2 someday, there is no harm in buying a few and just use them when the time comes. Especially as one can't see what skin or pet is working yet.

However, after purchasing the "Void Emperor Harbinger Portal Effect" skin it does not even show up in the cosmetics tab. it is as if i never bought it. But it took my points, so it should have been there.

Could this be some kind of bug?
It would be nice if someone could look into it, and either confirm i have the portal effect, but for some reason it don't show up in the cosmetics tab, or refund the points so i could buy something else :P

I have re-logged completely a few times, and that didn't make any difference.
