They are too busy on holiday vacation right now counting their fat stacks from PoE2 sales, maybe in a week or 2 they may address the current ongoing hacking situation.

there is a back log and support are still in the office even if not at full strength (and it's not a big team to begin with)
If you've emailed them, then wait, don't try to get seen by sending more mail because it resets your position in the queue each time you do.

And while it likely will take a few weeks it is due to the sheer volume of tickets...not that anything of real value is lost, it's a beta test, the servers are not going to be part of the core game when it launches
