In house trade

I tried to trade my first and only divine orb for 101 exalted orbs using in-house trade. The divine orb disappeared, but no exalted orbs appeared. I did experience a short network interruption around the same time. Do not know whether it was my or your end. Does the trade sub-routine confirm the items are present in an inventory? Regards.
