No access after 40 hours playtime

I purchased PoE2 through another provider and logged in to the site.
However, the game key didn't work.

That's why I bought access directly from Steam and logged in again with the new account on the PoE2 website.

I was able to play with this for about 40 hours, but the next time I log in I get the message:
“Your account does not have access to Path of Exile Early Access. Redeem an Eary Access Key on our website or purchase it now.”

When I try to link the Accunt account to Steam, I get the following message: “You cannot add this login method to this account.
You cannot merge two accounts with the same login methods.”

Please ask for clarification immediately.
