cannot move to next area to further leveling

I had killed the bosses in the Cemetery of the Eternals, and I had to leave so I teleported back to town and logged off. Now when I get back into the Cemetery, I have no way to get to the Hunting Grounds. I tried starting a new instance rekilling the other 2 bosses, but the boss that guards the door does not respawn to unlock the door to leave
