Maps/Areas are to big for the amount of events they offer

Maps and campaign areas in PoE2 are to big. They are long grindy brawls with monsters without much going on in them. They need to be smaller or more eventful. Especially end game maps could really use size reduction (at least 20-30%).

make maps smaller or give us more mobs/density. maps feel so empty. 1 breach and 1 ritual is not enough in these giant maps. maps barely have any content, this is why its so hard to level. you only get 2-3% exp per map because of this
I think ACT1 maps are great when it comes to this - especially with at least 1 boss on each map, the variety of maps and the new teleport to safepoint system with enough safepoints to reduce running back on an empty map.

ACT2 on the other hand should really be changed. And yes more interresting things that add variet would be nice.

For example:
- extra boss lairs with extra bosses that can spawn on any map with a cave-portal-entrance etc. to easily add them to RNG
- in general some event-like things on maps that improve the replayability
---for example
---------------fleeing NPCs that lead the player towards some stronger monster
---------------maybe things similar to loot goblins in other games that can randomly appear
---------------bounties on monsters on maps, extra rewards for fully clearing a map
---------------maybe make it possible to randomly respawn yellow monsters that killed you on other maps for revenge and loot
---------------maybe stuff like titles for killing XY ammount of enemy X etc. or other unlockable cosmetics etc. to add another layer for reasons to do something


I think especially things like titles etc. area really easy to implement. Or how about extra drops on each map with color-variants of normal items that can be unlocked or applied to your gear.
