I can't play the end game

I did all the missions on the second character, but the game says I can't play the end game until I finish the campaign. I killed Doriany in the cruel, but the game says that I have to talk to the Hooded One to go to East, which is a mission from the normal act 1 "The Mad Wolf of Ogham". The mission "Ascent to Passage" from cruel act 2 is also listed as undone. I did the Trial of Chaos Lvl 64 to complete the mission "The Trials of Chaos" from cruel act 3, but it is also listed as undone. My Ascent to Power - Search Traitos Passage is also listed as undone but im very sure i completed it.

If i remember correctly, after killing Doriany in the arena in Cruel difficulty, you have to talk to him near the time travel portal - it will open endgame for you.
