Demon Afterimage pop up and game crash 3 399 385 427

When in the 4th floor of trial of sekhenas if in demon form and just stepped on an afterimage place the game crashes mentioning that there is no demon afterimage file i have verified game files and everything is in order, so i dont think its on my end.
