Feedback on mob design, Give monster skill gem system and reduce reliences on modifiers.

The current mobs in PoE 1 & 2 relies on modifiers to increase diversity and difficulty which in my opinion is okay but leaves room for significant improvement.
Modifiers applied to monster usually does not change the flow of player mapping, as player will just blast through it, get one shot or feel helpless against it and then die a slow death. While this may be 'acceptable' in PoE 1, seeing the same mob design in PoE 2 is disappointing. As a suggestion, I think mobs can adapt the skill gem system that player use. Normal mobs for starters can use 0 link skill, Magic 1-2 link skill, Rare 3-4 skill. This makes mob much more interesting to deal with. It can also be expanded to use other skills along side its main attack skill such as using block skill against players forcing them to work around the mob block.
