Minions in PoE 2 and "you"?

I am horribly confused on minions' passives in PoE 2 so can anyone help me please. Do the passives that penetrates fire resistances work on my minions? Like Cremation increases the damage pen of my skeletal Arsonists. Also, when it specifically says the magnitude of ignite "you" inflict it does it not count when my minions do it with the passives like ignite effect, causing it to be a dud? Also lastly, I am questioning everything I know now, the elemental damage from "all Natural" also does affect minions does it not? Thank you to anyone that shores up my knowledge that must have escaped me going into PoE 2.
