Constant lag spikes since launch, will GGG fix this?

Yes, this game made me realize that my ISP is far from perfect. I've discovered I'm getting lag spikes every 30-60 seconds due to potential packet loss.

HOWEVER, other online games that I play still work great, Even POE1 especially when I turn on predictive network mode. I've attempted to add this mode in the config files of POE2 but it doesn't do anything like POE1.

Has GGG mentioned anything about improving the servers?
