Help with an unfair situation

Right after killing this boss, my game crashed.

After re-entering the map, I find myself at the portal with no way to get to the boss loot. I went to this boss bypassing 48 maps, because the main passage did not work. And in the end, I couldn't get the faded crisi fragment...

Is there any way to fix this problem and, ideally, compensate for the fragment?

I can even upload a video if needed. But I do not know how. I had about 2-3 seconds to click on the item, but even then I was lagging.
