Can't access endgame

For whatever reason i can't access the endgame because of the fact that the quest "the mad wolf of ogham" with the objective to travel to the east apparently didn't complete but the hooded one doesn't have the option to travel to the next chapter. this is the only "main story" quest that isn't finished

Ok i just started playing a new character and noticed that the quest "the mad wolf of ogham" is getting completed and than uncompleted with the same objective to travel to the east

ok the first waystone must be accessed via the map device from the town and than the map device in hideout works (atleast for me)

I just hit this and appreciate your posting this, I had given up trying to use a first map, Legacy of Vaal was stuck on "Speak to Doryani" even though I'd just done that after waking up in the Refuge .. bloody confusing!

I know this content is temporary until the remaining acts are put in but so many people have problems (this is the second character of mine who hit a roadblock) GGG need to spend some time fixing all the flagging errors in the Legacy of Vaal quest line.
