Loss of early access key of a friend

I hope this message finds you well. I am reaching out regarding an issue that has significantly impacted my friend’s ability to enjoy your game. We both began playing on the same day; however, the following day, my friend unexpectedly lost access to their key without any apparent reason, rendering them unable to play.In an effort to assist my friend, I conducted some research and discovered that this issue is not isolated. A substantial number of players seem to be experiencing similar problems, some of which date back as far as two weeks. I was surprised to see that this issue has not been prioritized for resolution, especially given the fact that these players purchased early access to the game.It is particularly concerning that paying customers, who invested in your project and believed in its potential, are unable to play for extended periods and are left without any clear communication or solution. While they could theoretically create a new account to regain access, this is far from an ideal solution for those who already paid for the experience.As someone who has been thoroughly impressed by the game and its immersive experience, I cannot recommend it highly enough. However, I believe it is essential to highlight this issue and advocate for those affected. I understand that early access inherently comes with bugs and challenges,I have encountered several technical issues such as blue screens and gameplay glitches but these pale in comparison to the frustration of being completely unable to access the game. I sincerely hope that resolving this matter becomes a priority so that all players, including those currently unable to join, can enjoy the remarkable gaming experience your team has created. This is not intended as criticism but rather as constructive feedback to bring attention to an issue that seems to have been overlooked.Thank you for your attention to this matter.
