Apex of Filth Crash

I'll start off by saying I've created 6 characters and played 4 of them through to lvl 70 with no issues at all.
I'm now playing sorceress (if that matters at all). Made it to Act 3 Apex of Filth and immediately experienced a crash to desktop (POE stopped working notification) before I loaded into the Apex. I reloaded into POE2, logged back into my character and crashed again in the load screen to the Apex of Filth, effectively making my character unplayable.

I've swapped around all the graphics options in the main menu to nearly every possible combination. Tried lowest settings on everything, swapped to single core, tried mixing and matching effects. All other characters log in fine (though there is an odd lag now for each character but that might be the settings swaps I'm doing).

Any thoughts on this?

If it helps my specs are:
Ryzen 7 7800X3D
NVIDIA 4070 TI Super
64GB RAM
1000W Gold rated PSU
Liquid Cooled, cpu core temp stays around 70c during gameplay, cooler stays around 35c, gpu around 40c.

Verifying integrity on Steam did fix this for me. If that doesn't work for you, possibly a reinstall.
