Chat is NOT working

I have a verified account, can send out whispers to trade from the trade site with no issues. However, cannot see any forms of chat with anyone on any platform. Global/party/whisper/local chats do not work. Tested with guild mates, nothing. They can see my messages but I can't see anything other than my toon dialogue. The game feels incredibly empty without any interaction with other players. I hope GGG sees this and works on it after vacation. I can't make any currency with my items on trade site because I cannot see any whispers. Which indefinitely hinders progress on my character as I don't have the currency to even buy items to progress. Is anyone else experiencing this issue?
