Lost Djinn Barya for second ascendaancy

I tried to finish second ascendancy with my friend, but we died on second floor, after resurrection I notice that Relic Altar is empty. Is this this trial disposable? I can't tried it twice?

Only the 1st Sekhema and Chaos trial come with infinite attempts.
After that its do or die. |
