poor advertising. extra keys dont wory!

I have two extra keys, but they can’t be redeemed on Xbox or PlayStation because I bought the supporter pack on Steam. This feels like false advertising—it doesn’t say anywhere that the extra keys are restricted to the store you purchased them from. What kind of joke is this? My friends don’t play on PC; they use PlayStations and Xboxes. Why wouldn’t they just let you choose the platform for your extra keys? This system is absolutely terrible.
