King of Rust simultaneous death bug

Killed King of Rust but died at the same time. Upon respawn, his item drops had disappeared... including the rune I needed to complete the quest.

Rust Totem is already used, so no way to spawn him again. Character cannot proceed at all now.

Same, has this been resolved?

Yeah have the same issue atm.
Was fighting it as a DOT killed it as i was killed. And now i cant redo the boss and items are lost from him.
