Ps5 cant trade

Like others have posted already, i get the error message saying i need to be in game to trade, tried everything thats been posted so far so i just wanted to have this moan, i really need new gear to help me progress and the game wont allow me to trade, im on ps5, i have linked my account, im using pathofexile2.com to trade and it wont let me whisper anyone, about to stop playing untill this is fixed.
