[PS5] +# Spell Skills on Staff Not Adding Up.

I had a Ghoul Pile Gelid Staff with +2 to level of all cold spell skills which was applying the +2 correctly. I added a Ardent Siphoning Wand of Snow which has a +1 modifier expecting to get +3 as a result
I got +1 instead. I unequipped the wand and the modifier would not go back to +2. I unrequited all other gear including armor equipping only the pieces required for the Int attribute for the staff but the +2 modifier seems permanently gone now.


Similar to the issue I reported yesterday, I got a Bramble Pillar Gelid Staff that adds +3 levels to all cold spells, an Ardent Siphoning Wand of Snow has a +1 modifier to cold spells, and a Lapis Amulet of the Mage that adds +1 levels to all spells, the global modifier only shows +2 under skills. After some testing it seems the issue is that + level modifiers on staffs is not working. When I remove the other components (Wand & Amulet) and keep only the staff there's no level bump.

A staff is a 2 handed weapon. You cannot wield a wand at the same time. Did you equip it in your other weapon set? Only the stats from the weapon set that is active apply.

Totally missed the fact that it's on the 2nd weapon set since I use the wand skill interchangeably in battle, also didn't notice the subtle animation change as she switches between weapon. Will have to make note of what I'm putting on my focus going forward or may end up replacing it with another wand. Thanks man! This one was driving a noob crazy
