Pc to ps5

so last night i bought a ps5, did all the steps to link accounts so i can play on that instead of pc all the time, in doing so it managed to not only delete 400 hours of gameplay, i also play through steam, non of which is working and steam isnt even showing my hours played either, idk what to do... any suggestions, i wrote ggg and told them the issue, i cant figure out what else to do....
