Gloam Ring vs. Bone Ring

Hey guys, what is better for minions: Gloam Ring (minions take 15% reduced damage) or Bone Ring (minions have +15% to all elemental resistences) ?
Also, this "15% reduced damage" of Gloam Ring, is for general damage ? like phys, ele, chaos, or what ?

It is for all damage.

If u have increased taken damage (dont know if that exist) it is sumed up.

What is better?

Depends of your other values (passives and mods).
And if your minions dye too much ...
