Related to the crash and lag

The game lag and crash i died for my ascension and I lost my djinn barya. I lost it twice of my coin. It really piss me off and ruib my game. I worked hard to get my coins and die because of the lag and crashes isn't fair. I want compensation for it. at least one coin.

it won't happen there's plenty of poste about freezing PC and did not even respond. Theres even people posting about destroying their CPU from 100% usage when loading and freezing to death. Or SSD dying.

For me, one part wish they fixe it, wich i doubt since they did not even aknowledge the problem... and the other part i wish i could get a refound and never bought a bigger pack to encourage them...

If that's how they treat their player...

This game is not even a alpha and it crashes way more that a alpha state game.
