Account/Guild problem PoEII

I have two accounts to my login, I played on wrong account (new) and now tried to switch to the other one (old). But I found out that I cant leave my guild becouse I am leader but it shows me that in that guild is the old account, not the new one that is the creator and leader of that guild. So I cant join the guild with the old account I want to play on, becouse I am in guild with the new account that I cant leave with.
